Q :  Will you be listing my home on an MLS platform?
A: No, we will not be listing your home on any MLS Platform, we are direct home buyers.

Q:  How do you determine the price for my home?
A:  After a discussion with one of our trusted employees to get an idea of the current condition of the home. We will analyze comparable sales in the area in congruence with local market trends. A: Real Estate agents are driven by their commissions. Our business model is different. When you work with a real estate agent you must get your property ready for showings. This can come at a cost in the form of repairs and renovations. Working with an agent on average has a 6-8% commission fee. Agents will commandeer your weekends. You will have to be out of your own home for open houses and showings. If your property does not sell it can sit on the market for an average of 3 months. Again, costing you time and money. 

We will do everything an agent would do in terms of title transfer, escrow, advice on market trends without charging a commission. We will provide guidance through the process of buying and selling your home for FREE.

Q:  Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
