Juan’s passion for real estate began at the age of 12 when his uncle George started teaching him how to buy and sell properties. Over the years, Juan has honed his skills and gained valuable experience in the industry. He is also a cash buyer, which enables him to provide quick and efficient solutions for homeowners who need to sell their properties quickly.

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Juan has gained a wealth of knowledge in real estate investing. As the CEO of Twin Home Buyer, Juan is dedicated to helping homeowners find solutions to sell their properties quickly and efficiently.

Born and raised in the city of Oakland in 1974, Juan experienced poverty for many years in deep East Oakland. Despite these challenges, Juan remained determined to improve his life and his community. Through real estate investing, Juan managed to change his life in a positive way. Juan’s entrepreneurial spirit has been with him from birth, and he is always looking for new opportunities to grow and expand his business. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the great outdoors. He is also a basketball enthusiast and loves to shoot hoops whenever he has the chance.
